Chroneon

I need my ink pen, ballpoint is killing me -.- . Anyway, here is Galacteon's counterpart! it's not as dynamic or ready for action like Galacteon but it still has great power bubbling inside it. I'm starting to like drawing the eeveelution body style so if you want to see eeveelutions of my 2 other made up types, tell me . Hope you show it as much love as it's cousin got

Chroneon (Chrono+eon)
Type: Chrono (Time)
Ability: Dimension Shift (Chroneon becomes the faster pokemon if it hass less than 1/3 of its HP in battle)
Relic Pokemon

If asked the time Chroneon will point it out using its 2 tails. Don't bother catching a wild one, they'll freeze time around them and make a getaway.

Evolves from Eevee once leveled up with a Chronobell (or should it be Clocarm?) in the party.
